If the call is outside of business hours, you will most likely first speak to our answering service. Let the receptionist know that your call is urgent and about which client you are calling. The on-call staff will be notified.
If you are calling regarding a trust or financial issue, business hours (Monday through Friday 9am–5pm, excluding holidays) are the best time to reach us. If you are unsure of your Estate and Trust manager, Ursula Nash, Financial Services Manager will be able to assist you.
