Special Needs Trusts

Irrevocable Trusts are administered for the benefit of individuals with significant life challenges to protect the eligibility of government benefits. These trusts can be utilized up to age 65.

Master Pooled Asset Trust

The Master Trust can be utilized at any age. Lifetime Advocacy Plus offers services as Trustee for a Master Pooled Asset Trust [42 USC§1396 p (d)(4)(c)], as defined by the Social Security Act Section 1917. This Trust allows persons with significant life challenges, regardless of age, to preserve assets for their future extra and supplemental needs while maintaining eligibility for public benefits.
